On a lazy Sunday one thing which can definitely energies many of us is the recent news about Mr. Gopal Lele, 81 year old Pune based trekker who reached Rupin Pass in Himachal Pradesh and thus got an entry in the Limca Book of Records for being the oldest trekker.(http://indianexpress.com/article/cities/pune/pune-trekker-enters-limca-book-of-records/)
He is a real example of healthy and active ageing and a true inspiration for many of us.
